A highly professional and skilled team of mechanics. They resolved the issue with my boat quickly, demonstrating great precision and helpfulness. The service was reliable, with transparent pricing and impeccable customer care. I highly recommend Medipower to anyone looking for quality and expertise in the marine sector.
Sailboat broke down in Trapani. Thanks to the professional work of mechanics Michele and Mario, the problem was solved! We are satisfied with their service.
Comprehensive maintenance plus replacement of the saildrive seal—a job everyone tries to avoid due to its complexity and the associated liability. Everything went very well; the work was completed on schedule, and the boat was returned clean. Thank you.
Great prices and excellent customer service; Mr. Giuseppe Novaro is always available to offer advice on which products to buy and how to work on the engines. I had electrical issues on two occasions, and he guided me brilliantly over the phone, telling me exactly what to do and helping me clear the alarms from the control unit.
Excellent service. Medipower S.R.L. deserves a 5-star rating from me, and Mr. Giuseppe Novara earns a “5-star luxury” rating for his professionalism, kindness, and great expertise. Kudos. Highly recommended.
One Sunday morning, I ordered an Onan part via email; at midnight (!), I received an email asking for clarification, which I provided early Monday morning along with the bank transfer, and by Tuesday, the part was in my hands. It doesn’t get any better than that…
The shop is very well-stocked. The staff are polite and knowledgeable, and Peppe, the parts manager, is very helpful and expert.
Professionalism, expertise, and reliability: the Medipower team exceeded all expectations. Rapid service, an accurate diagnosis, and flawless workmanship. Their passion for the job and dedication to the customer are evident. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, qualified marine mechanics.
Excellent service from the team. They came all the way to Cefalù to repair a faulty turbo, and we were back on the road immediately. Thanks for the prompt response.
I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Medipower for an Onan generator. I would like to specifically mention Michele, Stefano, and Vito. These guys resolved a serious problem we were experiencing. Thanks to Vito for keeping me constantly updated, and thanks to Michele and Stefano for the work they did. Very professional and knowledgeable.
A company I have known for years; it stands out for punctuality, organizational efficiency, reliability, and precision in problem-solving.
Utmost competence and professionalism. After several technicians failed to find a solution to the engine fault, this team was the only one able to diagnose and permanently fix the problem. Impeccable work, great helpfulness, and transparent communication. If you are looking for true specialists in the field, you’ve come to the right place.
Thanks, Pepe—you’re the best.
